When is my credit card charged?

Credit cards of U.S. residents are charged at the time an order is shipped. In regard to international orders, we do not process credit card transactions until your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping Charges

All items are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping weight of your order.  International orders have higher shipping costs. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Due to an increase in credit card fraud, international orders paying with a credit card are accepted on a case by case basis. The decision to process and fulfill the order is at our discretion. We do not accept orders from Nigeria, Iran, North Korea, Malaysia or Indonesia.

Out-of-Stock Items

We strive to have every item advertised on our website in stock ready for immediate shipping. Occasionally, during periods of high demand, we may be out of stock of a particular item—should this happen we will e-mail you upon receipt of your order to advise you of our expected delivery date.

30 Day Return Policy

If within 30 days from receipt of your order you decide that you wish to return your order to us—we will gladly refund your purchase. Most of our products have a manufacturer's warranty. Therefore, if a product that you purchased from this website is defective, please contact the manufacturer first.

This return policy is subject to the following conditions:

• The goods must be in unused and re-saleable condition.
• The refund applies to product only, shipping charges are non refundable.
• The goods must to returned to us, postage paid, by a secure delivery method. We cannot be responsible for goods which do not reach us.
• There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns
